Cancellation Policy


Our goal is to provide quality services to all of our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only us, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments in person or remotely.

Appointment Cancellation

When you schedule your appointment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call or email us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, We require that you call or email at least 24hrs in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us immediatley via phone, email or by sending a message here. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will respond as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24hrs before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. A no-show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the scheduled time at the rate of the service requested.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a late cancellation. In addition, your appointment will be forfeited and you will be charge for the entire duration of the appointment.

Short Notice Bookings

Should an appointment be booked within the 24hr cancellation timeframe you will recieve a confirmation email with the appointment details. A no-show or cancellation on short notice bookings will result in a full charge of the scheduled time at the rate of the service requested.
