My goal is to provide quality services to all my clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only myself, but my other clients as well. Please be aware of my policy regarding missed appointments in person or over the phone.
When you schedule your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call or email me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, I require that you call or email at least 48hrs in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me immediatley via phone, email or by sending a message here. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. I will respond as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48hrs before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. A no-show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the scheduled time at the rate of the service requested.
Late arrivals will be charge for the entire duration of the appointment. In addition, depending on arrival time I may not be able to provide the service requested.
Upcoming Appointment Notifications
I will send out an reminder email notification 24hrs ahead of the cancellation deadline to allow my clients the opportunity to reschedule or cancel without incurring fees.
Short Notice Bookings
Should an appointment be booked within the 48hr cancellation timeframe you will recieve a confirmation email with the appointment details. A no-show or cancellation on short notice bookings will result in a full charge of the scheduled time at the rate of the service requested.
